Hello there! I hope you’re all doing well. Today, I’m excited to reveal the progress of my newborn baby’s website for the third and fourth months. Due to my busy schedule, I couldn’t publish the third-month case study earlier.

Many of our students have been eagerly waiting for the update, and now, the wait is over!

In the last two months, Site made significant progress with my niche site by trying out different strategies. If you haven’t read our updates for the first and second months, you can find them here: First Month / Second Month.

I want to let you know that things are going quite well, and our site is steadily growing.

What I Did In This Month

Article

Alright, because I’ve got some impressive numbers to share. In this glorious 2 month, Overall I’ve published 122 articles! Yes, you read that right—122! Each and every one of those articles has been indexed.

I have specifically covered 88 info articles, 20 comparisons (Vs Articles), and 14 commercial articles.

I have also smartly included products in our informative and comparison articles. It’s all about making things new and interesting. And who doesn’t enjoy finding new products while exploring their favorite topics? It’s a win-win situation once again!

Last but not least I have also added infographics in articles which make our articles more engaging and eye-catching.

Web Stories

I didn’t just write articles. After doing research, I found out that no one in our niche was creating web stories. So, I started making web stories, which gave me an advantage. These are colorful pictures that tell interesting stories. They catch your eye, make you laugh, and help you understand information easily.

one of our web stories becomes viral and spreads like wildfire, attracting more than hundreds of visitors in just one day. It’s a moment that makes you question what’s really happening.

We’re super excited, astonished, and even feeling a bit like celebrities.

Social Profile

Social media has become our reliable friend on this journey. We’ve been sharing things regularly, staying in touch with our followers, and posting the newest and best content.

An interesting thing i tell you is that I have also gotten traffic from social sites regularly, which is great!

On-Page SEO

I updated the content from last month and optimized the internal linking and image. The time it takes to update content can vary depending on various factors, such as the length and complexity of the content, the extent of updates required, and the resources available.

It can range from a few minutes for minor changes to several hours or even days for more extensive updates.

The main goal is to ensure that the updated content meets the desired quality standards and provides the best possible experience for our audience.

Updated content helps to keep it relevant and up-to-date, especially when new information or developments have emerged since it was initially published. It allows us to provide the most accurate and valuable information to our readers.

Additionally, updating content can improve its search engine optimization (SEO) by incorporating relevant keywords and optimizing it for better visibility in search results.

Technical SEO

Last week, I conducted an audit of my website in terms of technical SEO, and I found that my website’s health score was 82. It was a bit concerning because there were some broken links and other issues that needed attention.

However, I didn’t let that discourage me. I rolled up my sleeves and got to work, addressing those problems one by one. I fixed the broken links, optimized the site’s structure, and resolved any technical issues that were affecting its health.

After putting in the effort and making the necessary improvements, I’m happy to report that my website is now in much better shape. I ran another audit, and the site is now performing well, with a healthier score. It’s such a relief to see that my hard work has paid off.

Taking care of technical SEO aspects can be time-consuming, but it’s essential for the overall health and performance of a website. I’m glad I took the time to address those issues and bring my website back to its optimal state. Now, I can focus on other aspects of improving my online presence with the confidence that my site is in good shape.

Off-Page SEO

As I told you about backlinks I have not created any backlinks, we are trying regularly to reach different authority websites and organizations for backlinks.

And yes, I told you that I have not paid for any backlinks I only work in guest posting and manually reaching the site.

Now Coming Towards Result

Now, moving on to the results, various metrics and tools are used to assess the performance of the Website:

Amazon Affiliate Earning

So finally the wait is over, I am happy and more motivated because, In the third-month website generated the first sale, as I told you that after the first sale the second sale was generated after 22 days, and the third sale after 4 days, and then tell we have generated 7 sales. Shukar Alhamdulilah!

GSC (Comparison)

Google Search Console provides valuable insights into the subject’s website performance in Google search results.

You can see that website gets approximately 150 clicks daily in Google searches, which is a significant improvement.

If I compare the second month to the last month, we have seen significant improvements in the growth of our little baby.

If you look at the Discovery section, you’ll see that one of our web stories has gone viral, receiving a significant number of clicks and impressions in just one day.

Analytics

Utilizing web analytics tools like Google Analytics provides detailed data on website visitors, page views, session duration, and other user engagement metrics. These statistics offer valuable insights into user behavior and can aid in optimizing the subject’s online presence.

If you look at our analytics stats, you’ll notice that we need to work on reducing our bounce rate. As per Google, the bounce rate depends on factors such as the industry you’re in, the sources of your traffic, and the type of landing page.

According to HubSpot, the average bounce rate for most websites ranges from 26% to 70%.

Now, if you look at the duration of our newborn baby, it’s quite good. According to Google, the average time spent on a web page varies depending on the type of page. For instance, e-commerce pages typically range from 44 seconds to 1 minute and 22 seconds, while blog posts can range from 2 to 5 minutes. However, the general sweet spot for a good average time on a page, regardless of industry, is around 53 seconds.

Ahrefs

Well, let’s take a look at the stats from Ahrefs, A 3-month-old site got a Domain Rating (DR) of 2.6, which is a measure of our website’s overall authority. It’s still in the early stages, but we’re building up gradually.

Our URL Rating (UR) is at 7, which means our individual pages are gaining some traction and recognition. It’s a positive sign that we’re making progress.

In terms of keywords, we’ve managed to target around 3000+ keywords. That’s quite impressive for a website that’s just three months old. It shows that we’re actively optimizing our content and trying to reach a wider audience.

As for traffic, we’re already receiving 1300 visitors. That’s a promising start considering the short time frame. It indicates that our website is starting to attract attention and generate interest.

Overall, considering the age of our website, things are looking quite promising. We’re steadily building our authority, gaining visibility through targeted keywords, and attracting a decent amount of traffic.

It’s an encouraging sign for our growth and potential moving forward.

Ahrefs provides a health score that evaluates the overall health and optimization level of a website. This score considers factors like broken links, technical issues, and crawlability, helping to identify areas for improvement.

A 100% health score for a 4-month-old website is excellent. It indicates that the website is in great shape and has been well-optimized in terms of technical aspects, such as broken links, crawlability, and overall performance.

A high health score is a positive sign and suggests that the website is functioning smoothly and providing a good user experience.

Semrush

Let’s take a look at the information provided by Semrush for our site.

The Authority score stands at 9, which suggests that your website is still in the early stages of building authority.

However, don’t be discouraged, as building authority takes time and consistent effort.

In terms of Organic Traffic, the site have 362 visitors coming to the site. It’s great to see that your site is already attracting organic traffic, indicating that your content and SEO efforts are paying off.

The upward trend in the traffic graph is another positive sign. It shows that your site is progressing and gaining momentum over time. This upward movement suggests that your website’s visibility and appeal are growing steadily.

As for why Semrush might be slower in picking up website data compared to Ahrefs, there could be several reasons.

One possible explanation is that Semrush has a different data collection and processing system, which might result in slower updates for certain websites.

Additionally, the frequency of data updates and the prioritization of different websites can also play a role in the speed of data gathering.

It’s important to keep in mind that data collection and processing can vary among different tools and platforms.

Overall, despite the lower Authority score, my site is showing positive signs with organic traffic and an upward traffic graph. With continued effort and optimization, I can further enhance your site’s performance and visibility in the long run.

Next Month Plan

Ezoic

The website currently receives 150 monthly traffic and I decided to apply for Ezoic, normally it takes 1-2 weeks for ezoic approval.

Content Plan

My plan for the fifth month is to focus on content creation. I aim to write a total of 20 commercial articles and informational articles, all strategically targeting low-difficulty keywords.

The commercial articles will cover product reviews. These articles will be designed to encourage visitors to make a purchase through my affiliate links.

On the other hand, informational articles will provide valuable and informative content to the readers. They will cover relevant topics related to the niche, offering insights, tips, and advice.

These articles will help establish the site as a reliable source of information, attract organic traffic, and build trust with the audience.

By incorporating low-difficulty keywords into the articles, I aim to increase their chances of ranking higher in search engine results. This strategic approach will help drive targeted traffic to the site, increasing the potential for conversions and affiliate earnings.

Through this content-focused plan, I hope to provide valuable information to my audience while effectively promoting Amazon products. It’s an exciting and crucial phase of the case study, where I anticipate seeing positive results in terms of organic traffic growth and affiliate earnings.

Web stories And Social Sites

I’m planning to continue adding web stories and posting on social media every day. Web stories are like interactive stories that grab people’s attention and bring more visitors to my site. I can show off products, give helpful information, and make people feel like they need to check out my site right away.

Posting on social media every day is also important because it helps me be more visible online, connect with the people I want to reach, and bring more visitors to my site by sharing links and interesting captions. Both web stories and social media posts make my site more popular and reach more people.

Off Page-SEO

As part of my overall strategy, I have also planned to focus on off-page SEO for my site. Off-page SEO refers to activities that take place outside of my website, such as link building, social media engagement, and online reputation management. By implementing off-page SEO techniques, I can reap several benefits for my site’s visibility and authority.

One significant benefit of off-page SEO is the improvement in search engine rankings. When other reputable websites link back to my site, search engines perceive it as a vote of confidence and relevance.

This can lead to higher rankings in search results, making it easier for my target audience to find my site.

Implementing off-page SEO techniques will enhance my site’s search engine rankings, drive targeted traffic, and boost my brand’s reputation and authority.

It’s an essential aspect of my overall SEO strategy to ensure the long-term success and growth of my Amazon affiliate site.

Bottom Lines

To sum it up, this case study highlights the importance of taking a comprehensive approach to building and growing an Amazon affiliate site. By focusing on creating quality content, using web stories, posting regularly on social media, and implementing off-page SEO strategies, we can attract more visitors, improve visibility, and earn more as affiliates.

I’m excited to share that our Niche Site Project 1 will continue to thrive as we remain committed to providing valuable content, engaging with our audience, and pursuing our affiliate marketing goals.
