In order to ensure your satisfaction, all eligible courses purchased on Learnonline may be refunded within 3 days provided they meet the guidelines outlined in our refund policy. 

There may be some restrictions in place, and some purchases may only be eligible for credit refunds. Below you will find more information regarding our refund policy.

Our 3 day policy

Our 3-day refund policy was designed to allow students to learn without risk, but we must also protect our instructors from fraud and provide them with a reasonable payment schedule. Instructors are paid after 30 days, so refund requests received after that period will not be processed.

Additional reasons for denied refunds

Refund requests will be limited or denied at our sole discretion if we believe there is refund abuse, including, but not limited to:

  • The student has consumed or downloaded a significant portion of the course before asking for a refund.
  • A student has requested multiple refunds for the same course.
  • Students have requested an excessive number of refunds.
  • Those users who have been reported, banned, or whose course access has been disabled due to a violation of our Terms or Trust & Safety Guidelines.
