Niche Site Project 1 Update: Month 2

Today, I am thrilled to present to you the second-month performance report of our newborn baby site.

Without further ado, let’s dive into the nitty-gritty details of our site’s growth, progress, and achievements during the second month.

In just a month, our affiliate site has witnessed remarkable growth, surpassing even our wildest expectations. 

Let’s take a closer look at the key milestones we achieved in terms of the number of articles, backlinks, Ahref keywords, and daily visitors according to the powerful analytics tools, Google Analytics and Google Search Console.

Plan and Expaction For 2nd Months

  1. No Articles =30
  2. Social Profile Creation (Fb, Twitter, Insta, Pinterest)
  3. Keywords index 
  4. Daily Traffic (15-30 a day)
  5. Keywords in the Top 10 at least not less than 10.

How I Started:

After the end of 1st month, the Vacation  (Holy Occasion Eid) Started so the office was closed for 8-10 days. After vacation, We started proper work on site and published content on a regular basis.

With unwavering dedication, we unleashed a wave of content creation, proudly presenting a total of 35 articles during the second month. This brought our overall published article count to an impressive 59, surpassing our initial target by an additional five articles. 

I also worked on infographics and on pages, which significantly increased keyword ranking.

Notably, every single piece of content we produced was carefully crafted to provide valuable information to our readers, ensuring their engagement and satisfaction.

But it wasn’t just about the articles. We recognized the importance of establishing a strong online presence. To that end, we took the initiative to create social profiles on popular platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and Pinterest. 

Through consistent and meaningful interactions, we cultivated a loyal following, connecting with our audience on a deeper level. Our daily postings were met with enthusiasm, further solidifying our brand’s identity and reach.

I just need to mention that all are informational articles.

In tandem with content creation and social media engagement, we harnessed the power of strategic optimization. We meticulously indexed our targeted keywords throughout the website, leaving no stone unturned in our pursuit of enhanced visibility. 

In the second month, there were no off-pages, forums, or directory submissions.

Now coming toward results.

Analytics:

As you can see, we are getting 15 to 30 daily visitors, which is exactly what our expectation was. 

You may see incomplete data in Analytics. It’s because of an issue in analytics. Now I install Sitekit and add analytics via the Sitekit plugin.

Google search console Data:

Here you see the huge difference both in clicks and impressions. From an average of 3-5 clicks a day in the previous month to 10-15 clicks a day this month, which is a very good sign.

You can also see the comparison of both months on a screen and see the growth.

I am satisfied with this result.

Semrush:

As evident from the data, Semrush has indexed a total of 280 keywords, with 14 of them ranking in the top 10. Additionally, the monthly traffic generated by these keywords amounts to 35.

According to SEMRush, all keywords have informational intent.

As you can see in the position change screenshot, most keywords are in the upward direction. 

In the below screenshot, you can see a lot of keywords are in an upward direction which is a very good sign.

Ahref:

Analyzing our website’s performance on Ahrefs, we discovered that out of the 240 keywords tracked, 15 to 30 of them achieved top 10 rankings. This reinforced our efforts to optimize our content and improve our website’s visibility.

Plan for the Third Month:

As we embark on the third month of our journey, we have developed a concise plan to continue our growth and achieve even better results:

Article Production: Aim to publish 50 articles, providing valuable information to our readers.

Backlinks: Acquire five high-quality backlinks through methods such as HARO and guest posting, strengthening our website’s authority.

Infographics with Flow: Create visually appealing infographics that enhance the user experience and convey information effectively.

Comparison Topics/Content: Develop content that compares different products, services, or solutions to cater to the needs of our audience.

The second month of our affiliate site has been nothing short of phenomenal. With a surge in traffic, impressive top-10 rankings, and a thriving social profile, we’ve established ourselves as a trusted authority in our niche.
